Privacy policy
Plenumair is a concept website built and operated by Lumith. This policy explains what happens to any information you send through it.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, and whichever of email, phone number, postcode, property type and message you choose to fill in. Nothing else is collected about you.
The airflow calculator runs entirely in your browser. The figures you enter are not sent anywhere unless you press the button that opens WhatsApp with them.
The voice assistant uses your browser's own speech recognition. Speech is processed by your browser or its operating system, not by us, and we do not record or store audio.
Why we hold it
To reply to your enquiry. That is the only purpose. We do not send marketing, we do not build profiles, and we do not sell or share your details with third parties.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in a Supabase database. Access is restricted: the public website can write an enquiry but cannot read any back.
We keep enquiries for as long as is needed to deal with them and no longer than 24 months.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle a request, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
